Stellita is a Castillo Rosario varietal grown at an altitude of 1,900 meters above sea level ( 6,233 feet) in Finca La Vega in Amaga, Antioquia, Colombia, a farm founded in 1992 by a recently married couple who wanted to raise a family. This is a Microlot coffee (grown on a specific farm area and is a single harvest)
This coffee was produced with a Yellow Honey process with a combination of aerobic and anaerobic fermentation.
This is the coffee and the story of Taborda Rojas family, the story of Yolima, her mother, and her father. It is the story of Yolima’s self improvement. It’s the story of following her parent’s example with hard work and determination. It is the story of a Colombian family raised in love, respect, values and effort.
