This refreshing coffee slushie is a delicious and easy way to enjoy your coffee on hot summer days! Just a blender and three ingredients are all you need for this homemade coffee slushie!
3 cups of cold brew coffee or strong black coffee
½ cup sugar or you can also use blue agave syrup, maple syrup or sugar syrup instead
Sweet condensed milk to serve
Combine black coffee and sugar until the sugar melts.
Pour mixture into a medium glass pan and place in the freezer for not more than 20 minutes.
As soon as the mixture starts to freeze around the edges of the dish, stir it with a fork, then return the dish to the freezer.
Stir the slushie every 20 to 25 minutes until the grains are completely frozen and the texture is fluffy.
Serve it and top with sweet condensed milk or Colombian arequipe!.
