This Red Catuai is a Specialty Coffee developed in Brazil and produced by Yuki Minami, it comes from her family´s farm Fazenda Santo Antonio in Minas Gerais in a very specific area in the farm and not blended with other beans or years.
In 2016 Yuki and other farmers – a group of third generation Brazilians of Japanese descent – formed Aequitas Coffee. The goal of the company is to connect coffee producers from the region of São Gotardo to the specialty coffee market promoting fair trades for the farmers.
