Coffee description

Stellita Coffee is grown in Finca La Vega in Amaga, Antioquia, Colombia, actually Finca La Vega has13,000 trees and is owned by Taborda Rojas Family, a Colombian family raised in love, respect, values and effort.
Our Stellita is a microlot coffee—grown on a specific farm area and single harvest—and produced at an altitude of 1,800-1,900 MASL (5,905 – 6,233 feet) using a Castillo Rosario coffee varietal processed with a method known as Honey Process which combines aerobic and anaerobic fermentation.

Yolima and her mother, Stella, are worthy representatives of the Paisa people. The story of their wonderful coffee is the story of Yolima, her mother, and her father. It is the story of Yolima’s self improvement. It’s the story of following her parent’s example with hard work and determination. It is the story of a Colombian family raised in love, respect, values and effort.
