Stellita Coffee is grown at an altitude of 6,233 feet (1,900 meters above sea level) in Finca La Vega in Amaga, Antioquia, Colombia.
Coffee varietal is Castillo Rosario and comes from a Microlot (a single harvest grown on a specific area in the farm) and was produced using a Yellow Honey process with a combination of aerobic and anaerobic fermentation.
Yolima and her mother, Stella, are worthy representatives of the Paisa people. The story of their wonderful coffee is the story of Yolima, her mother, and her father. It is the story of Yolima’s self improvement. It’s the story of following her parent’s example with hard work and determination.
