Return Policy
At Clarena´s Coffee our goal is to make you happy by providing amazing service while recognizing the outstanding work of women in coffee.
We want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection, but, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@clarenascoffee.com for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For non-coffee items to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and it must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please allow 3-5 business days from receipt of returned goods for us to process your inquiry.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on select sale items or gift cards.
