Coffee description

Stellita Coffee is grown in Finca La Vega in Amaga, Antioquia, Colombia at an altitude of 6,233 feet above sea level (1,900 meters).
This is a Microlot coffee (grown on a specific farm area and is a single harvest), coffee varietal used is the Castillo Rosario, a varietal originally bred to preserve distinctions of its region and produced using a Yellow Honey process with a combination of aerobic and anaerobic fermentation.

Yolima and her mother, Stella, are worthy representatives of the Paisa people. The story of their wonderful coffee is the story of Yolima, her mother, and her father. It is the story of Yolima’s self improvement. It’s the story of following her parent’s example with hard work and determination. It is the story of a Colombian family raised in love, respect, values and effort.
