CLARENA´S COFFEE INFUSED TIRAMISU TRIFLE

Clarenas Coffee Infused Tiramisu Trifle

INGREDIENTS:

Clarenas Coffee Infusion:

  • 2 cups strong Clarenas Coffee, coole
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Tiramisu Layer:

  • 1 package of ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)}

Whipped Cream Layer:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Garnish:

  • Cocoa powder, for dusting
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Fresh berries (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Begin by making the Clarena´s Coffee infusion. In a small saucepan, combine the cooled Clarena´s Coffee and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. If desired, you can also add coffee liqueur to this mixture for an extra kick of flavor.
  • Dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the Clarena´s Coffee infusion one by one, ensuring they are soaked but not overly saturated. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a trifle dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of soaked ladyfingers, smoothing it out evenly.
  • Repeat the process with another layer of soaked ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, whip together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the top layer of the tiramisu trifle.
  • Refrigerate the tiramisu trifle for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together and the dessert to set.
  • Before serving, dust the top of the trifle with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Optionally, garnish with fresh berries for a pop of color and flavor.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy the rich, indulgent flavors of this Clarena´s Coffee-infused tiramisu trifle!
